Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for what genuinely brings you value. Every paid subscription comes with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
7-day no-questions-asked refund
Within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund for any reason. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.
After 7 days
Subscriptions are not refundable past the 7-day window, but you may cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle and will not auto-renew.
Points refunds
Used points are non-refundable. Unused points expire when the account is deleted and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to request
In the app, go to Settings → Subscriptions & Points → Request refund, or email billing@soulunveil.com. We respond within 3 business days.
Apple App Store / Google Play subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased via Apple Pay or Google Play follow each platform's refund process. We will help liaise with Apple or Google.
Exceptions
Accounts suspended for violating Community Guidelines are not eligible for refunds on already-paid periods.
